Slicing Machines

For each bakery product, there is a specific type of slicer.

In our range, we offer two types of cutting methods:

  • With a disc: For partial or complete side slicing.
  • From the top with a continuous blade: For fully slicing the product.

Automatic slicer with continuously rotating blades. This cutting method is suitable for baked breads and round loaves.

Automatic slicer with disc (round blade) for hinge or butterfly cutting. This cutting can be done from the side or from the top and is suitable for buns and small rolls.

Automatic slicer with a horizontal blade. This cutting method is suitable for hamburger buns, cakes, rolls, and baguettes. It can slice into 2 or 3 layers.

Automatic Frame Slicer with Vertical Blades. This slicing is suitable for many types of bread, such as moist breads or those filled with ingredients like dried fruits. Ideal for products such as rye bread, fruit bread, or various types of cakes.
