Automatic slicer with a horizontal blade. This cutting method is suitable for hamburger buns, cakes, rolls, and baguettes.
Designed to slice breads into two or three layers, the standard cutting height is adjustable using a control knob.
Individual and whole slicing.
It can be used as a standalone machine or integrated into an automated system.
Product infeed and outfeed via a conveyor belt, 600 mm wide and 2750 mm long.
With upper conveyor belt for slicing separated products.
