SP Plus TC Z 400 Seal Tong

A mobile, robust, and intuitive solution for your cleanroom or workshop sealing needs.

This complete set (including clamp and generator) allows you to seal at a medium to high pace all thermosealable plastic materials such as polyethylene (PE), as well as certain "light" multilayer films (to be validated through preliminary testing).

Designed for high-volume production, this heat-sealing clamp stands out for its enhanced durability: double mechanical reinforcement ensures perfect alignment of the sealing bars, resulting in a clean and consistent finish.

Its tapered jaw shape makes it highly mobile and easy to handle, offering great flexibility: you can use it in any position to easily seal plastic bags, create a watertight cover around a bulky item, or seal large-capacity bags or bags packed in boxes.

Bi-active clamps, equipped with a heating element on each jaw, allow the sealing of thick plastic films up to 2 x 0.3 mm of PE.

The power generator is now equipped with an intuitive digital control panel that allows you to precisely adjust the sealing temperature, cooling temperature, and sealing time. This modern and easy-to-use interface provides optimal control of the sealing process, ensuring consistent results even on sensitive materials.

During operation, a control light indicates the correct progression of the cycle. Once the sealing time has elapsed, the power cuts off automatically, the light goes out, and after a few seconds of cooling, you can open the clamp and remove your sealed product.
