Impulse Seal Tong

Thanks to its portability, this seal tong can create a waterproof cover around a large machine, as well as seal large-capacity bags or bags in drums. Two sealer widths are available: 400 mm and 630 mm with an opening of 30 mm. The sealing width is 3 mm. The power generator is equipped with a potentiometer to control the sealing time based on the film thickness. The same generator can operate with both sealer widths, but not simultaneously. 

Operation is very simple. Once released, the sealer closes with the help of a pressure spring. A single press of a button activates the sealing process, and an indicator light turns on. After the sealing time (1 to 3 seconds maximum) has elapsed, the power is automatically cut off, and the light goes out. After a few seconds of cooling, the sealer can be opened to remove the sealed section.
