SP Plus Z 300 Seal Tong

This set (including the sealing pliers and generator) allows for the sealing of all heat-sealable plastic materials as well as certain lightweight laminated films.

Thanks to its mobile design and beak-shaped jaws, the pliers are easy to handle and can be used in any position. They can seal a waterproof cover around a large machine, as well as close large-capacity bags or bags placed inside drums.

The pliers are bi-active (with a heating element on each jaw) and can seal significant thicknesses of polyethylene, up to 2 x 0.3 mm.

For laminated materials, it is recommended to validate the maximum thickness through preliminary testing.

Two jaw widths are available: 300 mm and 400 mm, with a 30 mm opening. The seal width is 3 mm. The power generator is equipped with a potentiometer to control the sealing time depending on the film thickness. The same generator can operate with all three jaw widths, but not simultaneously.

Operation is very simple. Once released, the pliers close using a pressure spring. A control indicator lights up. After the sealing time has elapsed (1 to 3 seconds maximum), the power supply is automatically cut off and the indicator turns off. After a few seconds of cooling, the pliers can be opened, and the sealed part can be removed.
