FP Count
The FP Count is a high-speed counting system for small parts ranging from 3 mm to 20 mm. It can count up to 1,000 parts per minute, depending on their size, with an accuracy of around 99.5%.
En savoir plusDescription
The FP Count is a high-precision optical counting system, specifically developed to meet industrial requirements related to the processing of small parts.
Designed for production environments requiring speed, reliability, and repeatability, it provides an efficient solution for automating counting operations while ensuring consistent accuracy.
Particularly compact, the FP Count is optimized for counting parts ranging in size from 3 to 20 mm. It is perfectly suited for products such as screws, nuts, rivets, plastic components, injection-molded technical parts, metal elements, or small mechanical components.
Its compact design makes it easy to integrate into existing production lines, especially in environments where space is limited.
The FP Count is ideal for synchronized installation above an automatic bagging machine (such as the SpeedPack 300TT), allowing direct filling of bags after counting. This configuration ensures continuous flow and maximum productivity.
It can also operate in standalone mode, providing an efficient solution to eliminate manual counting operations, which are often time-consuming, repetitive, and prone to errors. This automation improves not only productivity but also the reliability of packaged batches.
At the heart of the system is a high-speed industrial CCD (Charge-Coupled Device) camera. This technology enables analysis of parts in motion during their fall. The principle is based on detecting light variations generated as parts pass in front of the sensor. These variations are instantly converted into electrical signals and then processed by the system to ensure extremely reliable counting, even at high speeds.
Thanks to this advanced technology, counting accuracy reaches 99.5%, ensuring consistent quality and significantly reducing the risk of errors or customer complaints. The machine operates using a four-lane parallel architecture. Each lane performs simultaneous counting, with the results combined to quickly and accurately achieve the programmed quantity.
