FP Count

The FP Count is a high-speed counting system for small parts.

This very compact system is designed for high-speed quantity counting of small parts ranging from 3 to 20 mm. It is particularly suitable for installation and synchronization above an automatic bagging machine, but it can also be used as a standalone unit to avoid tedious manual counting.

The counting accuracy is around 99.5%. Counting is performed using a high-speed CCD camera that scans the products. The machine counts items across 4 lines simultaneously and combines the lines to quickly obtain the exact quantity.

The maximum counting speed is up to 1,000 parts per minute, depending on their size and shape.

The settings interface is very simple and is operated via a large touch screen.
