The Super Cello 420 clamp is designed for sealing complex materials such as aluminum or paper, for portable use. It is particularly useful for creating waterproof protective covers inside wooden crates for maritime transport.

The temperature of the jaws is adjustable via a potentiometer, ranging from 60°C to 250°C, depending on the type of film used. Both sealing bars are heated, ensuring efficient heat distribution. An indicator light shows when the device is powered on and when the desired temperature is reached. Lightweight and easy to handle, the device remains hot at all times and plugs directly into the mains, eliminating the need to carry a power supply unit. Additionally, a 4.5-meter-long power cable allows users to move around and seal packages on-site.

Two small feet allow the clamp to be hung or placed on a work surface without the jaws coming into contact with it. The Super Cello is equipped with PTFE-coated sealing bars, which prevent materials from sticking to the jaws and ensure a clean seal.

The handle is made of heat-insulating composite materials, ensuring that the grip stays cool, even when the temperature of the jaws reaches 250°C.

The operation is simple. The clamp is closed by hand for a few seconds and then released. Thanks to a spring, the jaws open automatically. It is quick and easy to repeatedly seal a large cover around a machine. The Super Cello has a sealing length of 420 mm and a profiled 10 mm width heat seal.

**EXAMPLE OF USE** 

These clamps are widely used by industrial packers for packaging high-tech, military, and electronic components. They can also be used for sealing paper and aluminum laminate bags, such as those used in coffee packaging. However, note that this heat sealer is not suitable for sealing polyethylene.
