SpeedPack 300 TT Dual

The automatic bagging machine SpeedPack TT 300 DUAL ensures packaging from ROLLBAG® bag rolls, compatible PE bags, or paper fanfold bags, offering unique versatility on the market.

Thanks to its innovative technology and touchscreen interface, the machine is very easy to operate. Bags are automatically advanced and opened by an air jet (for PE bags). Once filled, they are sealed, detached, and discharged. The next bag is immediately positioned, ensuring fast, smooth, and continuous production. This solution eliminates repetitive manual operations (opening, holding, and filling the bag) and significantly speeds up the packaging process.

The cycle can be started manually (by pressing the sealing bar), via an electric foot pedal, by automatic hand detection (Easy Touch Sensor option), or through automatic control connected to a feeding system or conveyor.

Format changes are quick and easy: simply replace the ROLLBAG® roll or the paper bag pack from the front or rear of the machine — a tool-free operation that takes less than one minute.

The versatility of the SpeedPack TT 300 DUAL makes it ideal for small components, small and medium production runs, and easy integration into any industrial environment.

In addition to its production flexibility, it also meets today’s sustainability requirements: it operates with both recyclable PE bags and paper bags, allowing you to anticipate regulatory changes without modifying your equipment.

ROLLBAG® bags are available from stock in plain versions and various formats. All sizes can be made to order, with up to 6-color printing, easy-open tear notches, hanging perforations, and other customized options.
