The DEM 4e semi-automatic compact shrink-wrapping machines are L-seal machines with an integrated tunnel, ideal for medium-speed production. These packaging machines allow you to wrap all kinds of products: books, detergents, CDs, puzzles, eggs, magazines, electronic devices, dried fruits, etc., with a medium rate of up to 15 cycles per minute.
The operation is simple: the product is placed between the two sides of the folded film and positioned by the operator under the sealing frame. The sealing arm electrically lowers and performs an 'L'-shaped seal/cut. Once the arm lifts, the conveyor moves the product towards the shrink tunnel.

- Heat adjustment with PID digital control.
- Adjustable air circulation via side flap handles.
- Delayed stop at set temperature of 70°C.
- Tunnel overheat control system with automatic shutdown.
- The conveyor heights can be adjustable which accommodates variable products.
- The fixed height products exit with reguardless of its adjustment.
- Adjustable sealing time based on film thickness.
- Temperature, time, and speed settings are adjustable with the help of the digital control panel.
