CONTI 810V

The CONTI 810V is a very compact and ergonomic continuous vertical sealer, with the conveyor included.

Thanks to its PTFE belts, this machine is capable of sealing all types of plastic bags as well as lightweight bags made from complex materials.

It is also equipped with a marking system that allows you to print various types of content such as text, dates, barcodes, QR codes, and logos. Available print colors are black, red, green, blue, and yellow. The font size and print length can be customized.

The sealing parameters are adjustable via the digital control panel, while the printing parameters are controlled through the touchscreen.

Highly versatile, this band sealer is also equipped with a counting system.

In compliance with CE standards, it is fitted with an emergency stop button. The sealing temperature is set and controlled by a digital thermostat, and heat-up time is very fast. The CONTI 810V is recommended for small to medium production volumes and for the continuous sealing of bags weighing less than 10 kg.

The height of the sealer head is adjustable, allowing bags with a maximum height of up to 320 mm to pass through.
