The Contimini is an ultra-compact and ergonomic horizontal continuous sealer. It can be equipped with an optional conveyor. Highly versatile thanks to its PTFE belts, it is capable of sealing all types of plastic bags as well as light complex-material pouches. All operating parameters are controlled via a digital panel.
From the digital control panel, you can set sealing parameters such as the sealing temperature—adjusted and monitored by a digital thermostat—and the conveyor speed.
Heating time is under one minute. In addition, the sealer is equipped with an automatic cooling mode (50°C). These functions help preserve the PTFE belts during shutdown. The Contimini is recommended for small and medium production batches and for continuous sealing of bags weighing less than 5 kg.
