Description

Expandable conveyors with free rollers or steel/plastic skate wheels for loads up to 90 kg/m.

Frame:

  • Steel structure and crossbars in zinc-coated steel, 3 mm thick (30/10th).

  • Expandable system mounted on Ø75 mm caster wheels, height adjustable: 750 / 1,150 mm

Rollers / Skate wheels:

  • Rollers: Ø 50 mm in steel or PVC with 8 mm axle

  • Skate wheels: Ø 48 mm in steel or PVC

Load capacity:

  • 90 kg/m

Operating principles:

  • Gravity-fed: slope required 5 to 6% (adjustable via height-adjustable feet)

  • Maximum pitch (roller center distance): 1/3 of the length of the conveyed load

  • Minimum width (N): load width + 50 mm

  • Inner radius = 800 mm
