CONTI-VAC Verticale

This band sealer is suitable for closing all types of plastic or composite bags.

It is equipped with a nozzle that allows air vacuuming and gas flushing inside your pouches. This sealer gives you the ability to optimize the preservation and protection of your products.

The machine also includes a counting and multifunction marking system capable of printing text, barcodes, QR codes, or images.

Equipped with two touch screens, you can set the temperature, speed, vacuum, and gas injection on one screen, and the marking parameters on the other.

This combination of concentrated technology in a single machine makes it a unique solution.

The complete set—sealing head and conveyor—is mounted on four casters, two of which have brakes, making the machine highly mobile. The height of the sealing head as well as the height of the conveyor relative to the sealing head are adjustable via touch screen to facilitate working with large bags.

After inserting the top of the bag between the transport belts, the sealing area continuously passes between the Teflon bands, through the heating bars and then the cooling bars. Before releasing the bag, pressure rollers ensure a perfect seal. The sealing rollers allow the CONTI-VAC Vertical to close gusseted bags and also perform heat sealing of cardboard hangers (to be confirmed after testing depending on the thickness and quality of the hangers).

The height of the sealing head and the height of the conveyor are both adjustable using two separate handwheels.

The machine can be offered in two versions, with or without a conveyor, for integration into a line already equipped with a bag support conveyor. In this case, it is important to check the compatibility of the conveying speed settings.
