CONTI-VAC Horizontale

This band sealer is suitable for sealing all types of plastic or complex bags.

It is equipped with a nozzle that allows air vacuuming and gas flushing inside your bags. This sealer gives you the ability to optimize the preservation and protection of your products.

This machine also includes a multifunction marking system capable of printing text, barcodes, QR codes, or images.

Equipped with two touchscreens, you can set the temperature, speed, vacuum, and gas injection on one screen, and the marking parameters on the other.

This combination of technologies concentrated into a single machine makes it a unique solution.

The unit is mounted on four casters, two of which have brakes, making the machine highly mobile. The sealing head and the conveyor can be tilted at 15° to make it easier to work with bulk product bags. A small shelf at the conveyor inlet helps position the bag before inserting it into the machine. A depth-adjustable guide allows you to position the top of the bag in relation to the seal.

The height of the sealing head as well as the height of the conveyor relative to the sealing head are electronically adjustable via the digital control panel, making it easier to work with large bags. All parameters can be set from the touchscreen.

After inserting the top of the bag between the transport belts, the sealing area continuously passes between the Teflon bands, through heating bars and then cooling bars.

Before releasing the bag, pressure rollers ensure a perfect seal. The sealing rollers allow the CONTI-VAC Horizontal to close gusseted bags and also to heat-seal cardboard headers (to be confirmed after testing depending on the thickness and quality of the headers).

The conveyor height is adjustable using a hand crank.

In its horizontal stainless-steel version, band sealers are widely used in the food industry, particularly for heat-sealing cardboard headers on frozen product bags, but also in laboratories and the medical sector for sealing sterilization pouches, etc.
