The All In Sealer D 549 AV is designed for sealing all types of medium-sized plastic or complex bags (ranging from 5 to 20 kg).
This machine is particularly well-suited for sealing gusseted bags. After the top of the bag is inserted into the machine's entry, it is taken by transport belts and continuously passes through heating bars and cooling bars.
The machine can be equipped with a horizontal conveyor to support the bag as it moves through the sealer. The height between the sealing area and the conveyor is adjustable.
The D 549 is made of stainless steel, built for heavy-duty use.
