All In Sealer D 547 AVTS

The All In Sealer Vertical Continuous Band Sealer is designed for sealing all types of plastic and laminated bags.

A digital control panel allows for precise setting of the sealing temperature and conveyor speed. Up to nine recipes can be stored. The complete assembly — sealing head and transport conveyor — is mounted on four casters, two of which are lockable, making the machine highly mobile. The conveyor height can be adjusted in 75 mm increments using a bolted system to facilitate integration with upstream or downstream conveyors. The sealing head is tiltable up to 90° and height-adjustable via a handwheel and leadscrew, ensuring sealing alignment based on the height of the bags.

A guide at the conveyor inlet ensures accurate bag positioning before entering the sealing unit. Once the top of the bag is inserted between the transport belts, the sealing area moves continuously through PTFE belts, over heating bars and then cooling bars. Before the bag is released, pressure rollers ensure a tight and secure seal. The sealing rollers allow the All In Sealer to close gusseted bags and also to heat-seal header cards (subject to prior testing based on the thickness and material of the cards).

The machine is also available without a conveyor, for integration into existing packaging lines already equipped with a bag support conveyor. In this case, it is important to ensure compatibility of conveyor speeds.

All In Sealer D 547 units are equipped with an automatic cooling mode. If the machine is stopped while the sealing temperature is above 80°C, it will continue to cool down until the temperature drops below 80°C, then automatically switch to standby mode. This feature helps preserve the PTFE belts during shutdown procedures.
