Ensacheuse textile

The Franco Pack textile bagging and sealing machine ensures the bagging and sealing of the bag from a tubular film previously fitted onto a forming chute. The machine is equipped with a cutting wire.

With each cycle, this wire—stretched over the rubber of the mobile arm—cuts through the seal to simultaneously close one bag and form the bottom of the next. The cut is always clean, and it is not possible to produce chains of connected bags.

Operation is simple: the products to be packaged are introduced at the top of the chute and descend by their own weight, pulling down the bottom of the tubular film (previously sealed) until it reaches the sealing arm, which acts as a stop. Lowering the sealing arm is all that’s needed to start the cycle.
