The TSG 650 is a fully electric impulse sealer with electromagnetic locking. Bag insertion is simple and done from the side.
It can be used either as a classic tabletop sealer or integrated into a packaging line, positioned above a conveyor.
While most impulse sealers use timers, the TSG is equipped with a digital control panel that allows you to easily adjust the sealing temperature. It is kept constant throughout the sealing cycle, reducing wear on spare parts.
Thanks to its 5 mm wide bi-active sealing bars (resistance wire on each bar), it is capable of sealing PE and PP films up to 2 x 250 microns thick. The cycle is started by simply pressing the electric foot pedal.
This sealer stands out for its high sealing quality, compact design, and ability to integrate into various work configurations.
