Pandyno

The Pandyno bagging and sealing machine ensures the bagging and sealing of the pouch from a film sleeve that has been pre-positioned on a chute. The machine is equipped with a 5 mm wide sealing bar. The sealing and cooling times can be adjusted according to the thickness of the film using a timer. During each cycle, a metal wire stretched over the rubber of the mobile arm cuts the seal in two, closing the bag and forming the bottom of the next one. The cut is always clean, and it is not possible to produce a chain of connected bags.

Operation is simple: the products to be packaged are inserted at the top of the chute and fall by their own weight, pulling down the bottom of the film sleeve (which has been previously sealed) until it reaches the receiving stop, which is adjusted according to the desired bag height. The cycle is triggered simply by pressing the mobile arm by hand.
