Lamino 302 with pedal

This small tabletop heat sealer is mainly developed for sealing heat-sealable paper, aluminum, laminated, and complex coffee bags, as well as PP or cellophane films. It is not suitable for sealing polyethylene.

Very compact, it easily fits on a workbench. The sealing of the bars is ensured by a powerful electromagnet. The cycle can be operated either by an electric foot pedal (available as an option) or in automatic mode for batches, with the cycle timing adjustable via a timer. A stop placed behind the sealing bars ensures that the seal is always parallel to the edges of the bag, aided by a special “insertion edge guide” for a consistently straight and properly aligned seal.

The sealing temperature can be precisely adjusted up to 200°C (+/- 5°C) using the digital control panel, which is equipped with an LCD screen. The powerful, constantly heated sealing bars apply high pressure to create a strong, reliable 13 mm crimped seal that effectively prevents the delamination of the film and ensures the protection and preservation of your products. The integrated temperature controller guarantees a consistent seal result after each cycle. To further optimize the process, the sealing operation only begins once the seal bars have reached the pre-set temperature, thus minimizing film waste.

Example of application

Thanks to its strong sealing pressure, the LAMINO is well-suited for sealing coffee bags up to 2.5 kg, even if the bags have gussets. However, a test to validate the quality of the bag is always necessary. This consistent sealing performance ensures that your products remain well-protected for storage or transportation, guaranteeing quality retention and an extended shelf life.
