Heat Sealing Tong
Our thermal sealing tongs are designed for sealing complex materials such as aluminum or paper in portable applications. Ideal for creating airtight protective covers, they are available in lengths from 150 mm to 500 mm.
The jaw temperature is adjustable up to 250°C via a potentiometer, depending on the film used. A light indicates when the unit is powered and the target temperature is reached.
Lightweight and ergonomic, the tongs remain hot and plug directly into a standard power outlet—no external power box needed. Accessories are available to boost productivity and operator comfort.
The composite handle is heat-insulating. Easy to use, the tongs are closed manually for a few seconds and then released; a spring opens the jaws automatically. Quick and efficient sealing of large covers around machines is effortless and repeatable.
