Semi-automatic cycle machine. Once the sealing arm is closed, an electromagnet locks it, and the sealing cycle proceeds automatically.
Available sealing widths: 320mm, 420mm, 520mm, 620mm, 720mm, 820mm, and 1020mm.
The sealer is delivered without a pedal; the arm can be closed manually or operated by the pedal of the stand, which is sold separately.
When placed on a worktable, a simple press on the upper arm engages the cycle. Thanks to the electromagnet, the arm stays closed during the sealing and cooling time without the need for constant pressure. It automatically lifts once the cycle is complete.
The benefit of the electromagnet is clear: it allows for faster, fatigue-free operation. Additionally, the independent cooling time ensures consistent results. The maximum sealing rate is up to 12 seals per minute.
